What the hell is wrong with this kind of people?

Finish drumming lesson and ready to go home. Unlock my bicycle lock and cycle home. On my way home, there was a lot of people on the road, difficult to cycle through.

After the crowd passed me i went through and there was an uncle and small kid blocking my way.

"Ring" I clicked my bell. The Uncle and small kid in front of me stop and step back, leaving a small space for me to cycle through.

I cycled through and suddenly...

"Cycling is outside the road, not here." the Uncle said, which so seems like telling me off or scolding me.

Feeling so vexed up because of what he said, i cycled through. I so wished i stop and argue with him!

Who said that the road people walk on cannot cycle? Is there a law saying you can't cycle on roads? Why is there this kind of people?!
