HOHO!!! Today Physical Fitness test, veri shoik 5 stations... First we went to the shuttle Run de... i ran 9.9secs [A] then we went to the sit up station, i got 50 [A] then went to the jumping de Did 235Cm [A] after that went to inclined pull up, did 32 [A] WOah after doing that my hand pain like siao... think nvr train enuf:d then go sit and reach, i did 38.5CM... [B] 2.4km run i think is 11.50 [B] So 6 test, 4A 2B > so is Silver i think...

Today(tommorow morning 2.30AM) Chelsea will be going to play a match with liverpool. Chelsea will be playing at home with a 2 goal lead>.< I dunnoe if liverpool will show their power, but i think chelsea have wad it takes to win liverpool and progress to semi-finals, GO chelsea!!!
